Wilma Leota Skaggs Startz passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2020 at the Carnegie Nursing Home. Wilma was born June 27, 1917 in Oswalt, OK to Charles Henry and Ella Blundell Skaggs.

Wilma was a hard working farmer and homemaker. She loved her garden and her flowers. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and her grandchildren.
