Wilma Faye Jones

Wilma Faye Lawson Jones, 89, long time Hobart resident, passed away Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012 in Elkview General Hospital. She was born June 27, 1922 on her grandfather Bailey's farm northeast of Hobart to Richard Lafayette and Mary Elizabeth (Bailey) Lawson. Wilma graduated from Tulsa Central High School in 1940. She married Ray F. Jones August 2, 1941 and he preceded her in death on April 30, 2002. Wilma joined the Hobart Public School System in 1958 as a cook at Eugene Field and retired in 1983 as lunchroom manager at Frances Willard.
