William Logan Tartsah Sr., 63, passed away on May 10, 2022, at home in Fort Cobb, OK. He was born in Lawton, OK on November 10, 1958, to Eugene Tartsah and Sharon Stephenson Wetselline. William was raised by Ronald "Pinky" Wetselline.
He attended Fort Cobb Public School in Fort Cobb, OK. William went to Okmulgee, OK and received his mechanic certificate. He moved back to Ft. Cobb, OK and got his dietician certificate. William worked for Caddo Kiowa Technology Center. He met and married Marilyn Ahdunko in 1992 in Anadarko, OK.
William loved playing hand game. He was an avid OU and Dallas Cowboys fan. William loved cooking for the family. He loved his children and grandchildren.
