William "Bill" Lester Raines, 52, of Hobart, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2011 in Hobart. He was born February 8, l959 in Cincinnati, OH to Oscar Lee and Helen (Corson) Raines. He graduated from a highschool in California and moved to Hobart April, 1979. Bill owned and operated the Raineday Trading and Holding Company in Hobart. He was a member of the Washington Street Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Blankinship and his Father.
