Willa Dean Williams

Willa Dean Williams, 83, was a long-time Gotebo resident. Willa Dean was born October 14, 1928 north of Gotebo, OK to Hurbert and Doria (Roach) Gooch. She married Tommie E. Williams on March 12, 1945. and he preceded her in death on January 5, 2003. They had one son, Geary A. Williams and he preceded her in death on June 17, 2005.She was a member of the Sharon Missionary Baptist Church north of Gotebo. She and Tommie owned and operated Dean's Antique store in Gotebo and after retirement they moved to Cordell. She lived a brief time in Mountain View and moved to Hobart one year ago.

She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Bonnie Williamsm Mountain View, OK
a grandson, Tristan Williams and wife Lori, Cordell, OK
a granddaughter, Valerie Combs and husband Craig, Union City, OK
3 great-grandchildren: Brooklynn Peek, Brett Combs and Cassidy Combs

and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Norene, Mozell and Clara and four brothers, John, James, Walter and Alvin.

Visitation in Hobart will be on Thursday, noon until 8:30 pm. and
Visitation in Mountain will be on Friday, 10:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Ray & Martha's Funeral Homes.

Burial will follow in the Gotebo Cemetery under the direction of Ray and Martha's Funeral Home of Mountain View, OK
