Virgie Lee (Blakely) Williams, 96, passed away on June 16, 2022, at Chickasha, OK. She was born May 1, 1926, in Eakly, OK to George Thomas and Sarah Jane (Myers) Blakely.
Virgie was raised in Caddo county, attended school at Eakly Schools. She met and married Noah Williams on January 5, 1943, in Gracemont, OK and lived in Anadarko, OK. They had 2 sons, Lynn, and Duayne.
Virgie was a homemaker. She loved sewing and gardening. Virgie loved the family gatherings and the family reunions in the park each year. She was grandmother to 5 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Virgie attended church at the Bethel Baptist church. Anadarko, OK. She was one of the cooks that attended Falls Creek with the church youth. She loved watching church on TV.
She was preceded in death by her: husband, Noah; parents, George and Sarah; Brothers: Iris, Bill, Clyde, George; Sisters, Ivy, Naomi, Viola, Ruby; daughter-in-law, Sharon Williams
