Victor James "Buddy" Ahtone, 58, of Carnegie, OK, passed away Friday, February 27th, 2015. He was born April 28th, 1956, to Vernon "Burr" and Juanita (Daugomah) Ahtone, in Dallas, TX. Buddy graduated from Riverside Indian School, Anadarko, OK, and then attended Haskell Jr. College, Lawrence, KS, and also SIPI, in Alburquerque, NM. Buddy also attended Caddo- Kiowa Vocational Center, where he was certified in Welding. He also worked for Lonewolf Construction in Anadarko, OK. Buddy was a member of Cedar Creek United Methodist Church, and also a full blood Kiowa, of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma.
