Vernon R Sizemore

Vernon R. Sizemore, 80, of Hobart, Oklahoma formerly of Noblesville, IN, passed away on January 5, 2017. Vernon was born December 22, 1936 in a small mining town in Virginia. After school, Vernon enlisted in the US Army, after his service he worked and retired from Firestone Industrial Products, in Noblesville. After retirement, he worked part time at Napa Auto Parts before relocating to Hobart. His hard work ethic continued, and he was employed at Hobart Municipal Golf Course.
Vernon was a member of Noblesville American Legion Frank Huntzinger Post #45 and Noblesville Moose Lodge #540.
Vernons hobbies were hunting and fishing, but his favorite was spending time with his family.

1 daughter: Nancy Ledford and husband Jeff of Hobart, OK
1 grandson: James Ledford and wife Kasey of Hobart, OK
4 great-grandsons: Wyatt Ledford of Hobart, OK
Creek Ledford of Hobart, OK
Chett Ledford of Hobart, Ok
Trotter Ledford of Hobart, OK
1 sister: Sylvia Mullins of Virginia
Numerous nieces and nephews
and many that called him "Papa Vern."
