Velma "Aunt Sal" Easley , 101, of Hobart, OK, passed away on Monday, November 22nd, 2010 at the Hobart Living Center. She was born January 23, 1909 in Decatur TX to Albert and Annie (Birdwell) Wilson. She has lived in Kiowa County since the 1930's. Velma owned and operated the Art Flower Shop in Hobart for 50 years. She sold the shop to Helen Kenimer and it became Kenimer's Flowers. She was still making flower arrangements for cemetery stones at the age of 90. Velma was a member of the First Baptist Church. She married Clarence Easley and they were long time Kiowa County farmers.

She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence, brothers, Elmer, Fred, Pete, and nephews Kenny Wilson and Jimmy Ross Wilson.
