Vaughndean O'Dette Martinez

Vaughndean O'Dette Martinez, 56, passed away April 3, 2022, in Anadarko, OK. She was born August 27, 1965, in Casa Grande, AZ to Roy Adile Fanning and Helen O'Dette (Edwards) Fanning.

Vaughndean was raised in AZ. She graduated from Anadarko High School in 1983. Vaughndean completed a Master's degree at University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, Chickasha, OK. She worked as a social worker for DHS located in Anadarko, OK. After that she enjoyed her life. Vaughndean's dream was to be a good mother, daughter and friend and she did just that. She enjoyed the outdoors, art, fishing, and especially camping. When she wasn't doing these things, she enjoyed spending quality time with her daughters. They were the light of her life. Her spirit was warm and calming. She deserved the world and so much more.

She is preceded in death by her: father, Roy Fanning; sister, Bernadette Fanning
