Thomas Lannigan, 81, Carnegie, OK passed away Wednesday, December 22nd, 2010 at the Carnegie Tri-County Municipal Hospital, Carnegie, OK. Thomas was born September 23rd, 1929, to Dewey and Marjorie (Giblin) Lannigan in Park Falls, Wisconsin. While serving in the Army and stationed at Fort Chaffey, he met and married Doris Dugan on May 8, 1950. From this union they had two children, Thomas E. Lannigan and Julie Lannigan Reid. After his military service, Thomas attended college at OCU in Oklahoma City, and received his Bachelor Degree in Industrial Arts. On April 26, 1975 in Oney Oklahoma he married Billie Green Goergen joining two families and gaining three step-sons, Johnnie Chris Goergen, Dean Goergen, and Randy Goergen. He retired twice as a Bridge Contractor in Drafting/Design from the state of Oklahoma. Thomas enjoyed spending time with his family, and traveling with his wife Billie. They loved going to their cabin in Wisconsin and their place at Cedar Blue. Thomas was a member of the Masonic Mason Lodge in Moore, where he was a 32nd. degree Master Mason.

He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Doris, second wife Billie, two brothers Gene and Dewey Lannigan, Jr. and stepson Dean Goergen
Services: 10:30am Tuesday December 28, 2010 at Ray & Martha's Funeral Home Chapel, Carnegie, OK
Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City, OK, at 2:00pm
