Terry Gene Franklin

Terry Gene Franklin, 77, of Gotebo, Oklahoma, passed away October 11, 2019. He was born on March 31, 1942 to Tillman and Loretta (Dodgion) Franklin in Carnegie, Oklahoma. He graduated from Cordell High School in 1960. Terry served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged on April 25, 1966. Terry married Donna Kay Prough on May 31, 1966 in Gotebo, Oklahoma. He worked for the Rocky Co-Op for 20 years, but farming was his main occupation.

Terry is survived by his wife Donna Franklin of the home,
son Torey Franklin and wife Aimee of Gotebo, Oklahoma,
daughter Courtney Goergen and husband Travis of Carnegie, Oklahoma,
grandchildren: Dillon Franklin and Meghan VanKleeck of Rogers, Arkansas,
A.J. Harmon and husband Tyler of Mountain View, Oklahoma,
Devry Goergen of Carnegie, Oklahoma,
great grandchildren: Ainsley Harmon, Taelynn Harmon, Copelyn Harmon, Orion Belt, and Arya Franklin,
1 sister: Emily Cates and husband Harold of Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers: Buddy Franklin and Jerry Franklin.
