Stephen Lydell Smart, 39, of Hobart, OK passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 in Hobart. He was born October 7, 1971 in Los Angles, CA. Stephen lived in Santa Clarita, CA all his life with his adoptive parents. He spent two years with Teen Challenge in Eureka, CA and was a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma.
