Stephen Osborn Douglas

Stephen Osborn Douglas, 77, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 30, 2023 at the Clinton Veterans Center. He was born on April 20, 1945 to Girfen & Loretta Douglas in Hobart, Oklahoma. Stephen grew up and attended school in Hobart, graduating from Hobart High School. After High School he joined the United States Marine Corps. Stephen worked in the oil field and for the United Postal Service. He found his true calling as a Truck Driver, which allowed him to travel all over the country. Stephen loved to travel, read and visit with friends and family. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hobart and also as a member of the Kiowa Club. Stephen will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Children: Stephanie Walker & husband Danny, Carter, OK
Gregory Douglas & wife Lora, Oklahoma City, OK
Grandchildren: Samuel Hopper, Emillie Hopper, Jeffery Douglas and Sarah Douglas
Great Grandson: Bosten Love


Preceded in death by his Parents: Girfen & Loretta Douglas.
