Stanley D. Unruh passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016 at his home in Elgin, Oklahoma. He was born May 20, 1956 in Carnegie, Oklahoma to Alvin and Ruby Dalke Unruh.
Stanley worked over thirty-one years for Goodyear Industries in Lawton, Oklahoma before his retirement.
He was a member of the Greenfield Mennonite Church and NRA.
He was an outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish.
Stanley is survived by one son: Skyler Dace Unruh and wife Jenniffer of Lawton, Oklahoma
one daughter: Ashley Dawn Unruh Socket and husband Nick of Bedford, Texas
Four Grandchildren Zoe, Gavin, Zachary, and Caleb.
Parents: Alvin & Ruby Unruh of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma
Two Brothers: Wilbur Unruh and wife Glenda of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Ron Unruh and wife Linda of Albuquerque, New Mexico
The mother of his children: Cindy Unruh of Piedmont, Oklahoma
And a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Dennis Unruh and one niece Kandice Unruh.
Services for Stanley will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 9, 2016, at the Greenfield Mennonite Church, Carnegie, Oklahoma with interment at the Greenfield Cemetery, Carnegie, Oklahoma.
Visitation: Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie, Oklahoma.
