Stanley Davis, 86 passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, in Anadarko, Oklahoma. He was born on January 4, 1930, in Roosevelt, Oklahoma to Walter and Addie (Nelson) Davis. Stanley was always farming or helping his brothers with what ever needed to be done. His biggest joy was watching the horses race. He was a horse trainer and jockey most of his younger days. One of his highlights in his life was to go to the Kentucky Derby and sit right at the finish line. Stanley loved to get in the car and drive. He also loved getting together with his sisters and brothers and all the 1st Davis Cousins and tell lots of stories. Stanley was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Anadarko.
