Simon "Sam T" Toppah, 49, Carnegie, Oklahoma died Saturday, February 19th, 2011 in Lawton, OK. He was born March 18, 1961 in Lawton, OK to Lindberg and Nancy Ann (Kauley) Toppah. He attended Carnegie Schools and Chilocco Indian School. Sam T attended Wetselline United Methodist Church as a child and was attending Petarsy Mission, Richards Spur, OK.

Jesse Gomez, Anadarko, OK
Special Friend, Lucy Tonemah, Apache, OK
and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
