Shirley Skipworth came into the world on February 18th, 1943 to Bill and Mattie (Edwards) Skipworth, in a small farm house near Anadarko, Oklahoma. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was called home on June 6th, 2017 at the age of 74 after having done all that God had set before her to do. She lived in Anadarko area all her life. She worked at Step-N-Fetch for 30 years where everyone knew her as Nana. She was a friend to all. A kind and loving soul. She gave all she had to help others whether she knew them or not and never asked for anything for herself. She loved to sew and make quilts to give away. She loved taking care of her place. She took great pride in making sure it looked nice. She also loved to camp, fish, and was quite a horsewoman and until just a few years ago she loved to ride her Harley. Her greatest pride and joy was her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She always said they were her greatest accomplishment. We are blessed beyond words to have had her for our mother.
