Sharon Lynn Reimer

Sharon Lynn Reimer, 61, passed away July 20, 2015, at her residence. She was born on July 8, 1954, to LeRoy and Rallene (Watkins) Linstead in Hobart, Oklahoma. She graduated from Hobart High School and went on to receive a Bachelor Degree from SWOSU in Education. She was a worthy adviser in Rainbows in High School. She later went on to be a member of Beta Sigma Phi. She was also a member of Washington Street Baptist Church. Sharon loved her job at Southwest Technology Center in Altus, Oklahoma, where she had an integral role in the development of the facility. Sharon was united in marriage to Pat Rogers on June 14, 1975, in Hobart, OK, to this union two children was born. She was later united in marriage to Carl Reimer on December 30, 1995. In 1977, Sharon was diagnosed with diabetes. She later received a kidney transplant which led to her retirement. Sharon was a shining light who never complained and always had a smile on her face.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Reimer, of the home,
her parents, LeRoy and Rallene Linstead, Hobart, Oklahoma,
one daughter; Elisa Rogers, Weatherford, Oklahoma,
one son; Bryan Rogers and wife Tracy, Piedmont, Oklahoma,
three step-children, Mike Reimer and wife Amanda, Mangum, Oklahoma,
Kirk Reimer, Nacogdoches, Texas,
Cindy Banks and husband Clint, Rocky, Oklahoma,
one sister-in-law, Patti Linstead, of Weatherford, Oklahoma,
one brother, Greg Linstead and wife Lori, Moore, Oklahoma,
11 grandchildren; Jasmine Rogers and Bode Rogers,
Cloie and Carlie Banks,
Brady, Thomas, and Maren Reimer,
Adam Reimer and fiance Shaunita Cherie,
Dylan and Blake Reimer,
nieces and nephews: Carson Linstead,
Britton Young and husband Brandon,
Lance and Grant Linstead,
great-nephew: Everett Young,


She is preceded in death by her brother, Kurt Linstead.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. July, 23, 2015, in the Chapel at Ray and Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart, Oklahoma.

Internment will follow at the Hobart Rose Cemetery, under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart, Oklahoma.
