Sharon Marie Anderson Mitchell passed away June 13, 2018, at the age of 79 in Largo, Florida. She was born on February 1, 1939 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Gertrude Wilson and was raised in Anadarko, Oklahoma. She graduated from Anadarko High School in 1957. She was a longtime employee of Hollytex Carpet Mill and St. Petersburg Times. She moved to Largo, Florida in 1988 and lived there until her passing.
Sharon was a kind and loving person, and was always thinking of others. She was loved by her neighbors and they all called her "Mom". She was an avid sports fanatic. Her favorite teams were the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, and Oklahoma Sooners. She also loved to watch NASCAR racing.

Sonya Spradling Sandt and husband Shawn of Elk City, Oklahoma,
Lena Saltsman of Arizona,
Gayla Spradling Reddick and husband Tony of Chickasha, Oklahoma,
sisters: Billie Wagley and husband James of Amarillo, Texas,
Sharla Wilson-Gabales of Anadarko, Oklahoma,
Lita Wilson of Anadarko, Oklahoma,
brothers: Sherrill Wayne Wilson of Anadarko,
Samuel Wilson of Dallas, Texas,
13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband Don Mitchell of Largo, Florida, Great-Grandparents Minnie Parton and Ira Griffin, Grandparents Samuel and Lena Griffin Wilson, Aunt Alphy Coates, Uncle Elmer Wilson, Aunt and Uncle Leatha and Daniel Sifford, son Terry Dean Spradling, sister Darla Wilson Smith, mother Gertrude Wilson, nephew William Hank Smith, niece Tonya Wagley, and brother-in-law Anthony Gabales.
