Sandra Kay Skinner, 66, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2013, at her home following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born October 13, 1946, in Sentinel, Oklahoma to Vernon and Geri (Tyler) Pitt. Sandy moved with her family to California at an early age. She lived in California for ten years, then returned to Carnegie in 1962, where she lived and raised her family. She married Dennis Skinner on March 21, 1985, in Las Vegas, NV. Sandy worked at the Carnegie Hat and Boot for several years and then went to work at the 3M Company until her retirement. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Carnegie.

two sisters: Carolyn Bryant and husband Dwayne, Carnegie, OK
