Sandra Louise Melton

God called home Sandra Melton on October 15, 2015. She was born on April 27, 1948 in Amarillo, TX to Richard and Blance (Drake) Strout. She married Carl Melton on February 25, 1967 in Amarillo, TX. She resided in the Anadarko and Gracemont communities from 1967 to present.

Sandra is survived by:
1 son Rodney and wife Bridget Melton of Anadarko, OK
1 sister Neva and husband Eddie Wise of Abilene, TX
1 granddaughter Haley Melton of Gracemont, OK
3 grandsons
Austin Melton
Jerry Smith
Gary Smith
5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Sandra is also survived by a very special friend, Margaret Spray, of Anadarko, OK.

She is proceeded in death by:
Husband, Carl Melton; Mother Willene Strout and Father Richard Strout.
2 sisters: Patricia Bowling and Cecelia Strout
1 stepdaughter: Rose Ann Hudson

Be sure to celebrate my funeral scripturally and send Hallelujah's all around. It is a better day than one's wedding day. Services will be held on October 24, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Squaretop Baptist Church, with Bro. Bryan Doughty officiating.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Steverson Funeral Home, Anadarko, OK.
