Graveside services for Sally Gladys Flow of Norman will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Hobart Rose Cemetery in Hobart.
Mrs. Flow, who was born Nov. 19, 1910, died May 18, 2012 at the Noble Care Center in Noble, Oklahoma at the age of 101.
Born in Cumberland Valley, Tennessee before it became part of the Tennessee Valley Authority, she moved with her family to Cordell and later to Hobart.
She grew up there and met her future husband, Carl Flow.
They had two children, Carolyn and Jim.
Mrs. Flow was one of seven children. She had five brothers and one sister.
Carl and Gladys moved with their children to Norman in 1947, where she was a member of the Alameda Church of Christ.
Mrs. Flow was preceded in death by her parents, James Robert and Lena Straw; her siblings; her husband; son-in-law, John Montgomery and one granddaughter, Kate Flow.
She is survived by son, Jim and wife, Joanne, daughter, Carolyn Montgomery; four grandchildren, John D. Montgomery, Jr. and wife, Gracie, Mary Clark and husband, Mike, Susan Colwell and husband, Wes, and Ellen Callies and husband, Jacques; 11 great-grandchildren, John Denny Montgomery, III and wife Emily, Kristin Clark Rusler and husband, Chris, Lindsay Clark, Matt Montgomery, Austin Porter, Phillip, Adam and John Colwell, Julia Catlin and Marie Callis and one great-great-grandson, John Denny (Jack) Montgomery IV.
Services under the direction of Ray and Martha's Funeral Service in Hobart.
