Rufino Carrillo

Rufino Carrillo, 73, of Hobart, OK passed away on Monday, July 9th, 2012 in Jackson County Hospital in Altus, OK. He was born October 16,1938 in San Diego, TX to Benito and Juanita (Saenz) Carrillo. He grew up in Alice, TX. He married Maria Chapa on December 31, 1957 in Alice, TX. They moved to Hobart in 1968.Rufino worked at Elkview General Hospital for 11 years then he was self-employed and owned a commercial cleaning business since 1980. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Hobart.

Juanita James and husband Garry, Casa Grande, AZ
Mary Ward and husband Robert, Altus, OK

7 Grandchildren: Christopher and Jonathan James
Crystal, Cam, and Ryder Carrillo
Amber and Robin Ward.

6 Great-grandchildren: Rylie, Jasper, Paige, Caden, Madalan, and Hunter.

2 Brothers: Raul Carrillo, Alice, TX
Roel Carrillo, Dallas, TX

1 Sister: Gloria Gonzalez, Alice, TX

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Benito Carrillo, Jr.


The family will greet friends from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday, July 13, 2012 at Ray and Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart.
