Ruby Nesahkluah, 85, Carnegie, OK, passed away Friday, October 15, 2010 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born August 4, 1925 near Mountain View, OK to Corwin and Eloise (Guoladdle) Geionety. She married Walter J. Nesahkluah, October 25, 1942 in Mountain View and he preceded her in death in 2005. She had lived most of her life in the Carnegie area. Ruby and Walter had lived in Wichita, Kansas from 1946 to 1970. She was an expert bead worker and fry bread maker. Ruby loved to pray and read the Bible. She was very proud of her grandchildren was a member of the Little Red Church.

Son: Corwin Nesahkluah and wife, Dorothy, Carnegie, OK
Fifteen grandchildren: Douglas, Troy and Trula McNamer, Clifford Nesahkluah, Ann Flores, Aaron Flores, Stephanie Miller, Jarmichael Nesahkluah, Jamie Taylor, Jarnetta Murphy, Boris Nesahkluah, Apache Nesahkluah, Douglas Nesahkluah, Ruby Bearbow, and Jarmichael A. Nesahkluah.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two daughters:
Donna J. Flores and Priscilla Hedy Taylor, son, Walter Nesahkluah, Jr. a grandson, Virgil Nesahkluah and a brother, Raymond Geionety.
Wake Service: 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Ray & Martha's Funeral Home Chapel, Carnegie, OK
Service: 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Cedar Creek Methodist Church,
Carnegie.
Burial will follow in the Cedar Creek Cemetery under the direction of
Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie, OK.
