"Chip" Roy Earl Spencer was born August 13, 1962 in Baldwin Park, California to Peggy Joy Locke. He was raised and attended school in Cordell. Chip loved to go fishing, camping and tell jokes. He was a jack of all trades working in carpentry, painting, CNA, oilfield and welding.
Preceded in death by parents Buddy and Peggy Maddox; Sisters Darla Burch; Sandra Serratt and a twin brother at birth.
Survived by Daughter Brittany Apald and grandchildren Karizma and Kamden of Wichita Falls, TX; Sisters Carolyn Tucker of Ridgecrest, CA; Pat Serratt of Cordell, OK; Mickie Collins of Burns Flat, Ok; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation for Chip Spencer will be Friday, February 3, 2017, 9am - 8pm at Ray and Martha's Funeral Home in Cordell.
