Ross Edward Williams

Ross Edward Williams, 67, of Cordell, Oklahoma passed away on July 22, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on November 8, 1953 to Samuel H. Williams Sr. and Catherine (Darmody) Williams in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Ross attended school in Indianapolis. Ross married Wanda Morrow on December 28, 2009 in Cordell, Oklahoma. Ross and Wanda have one son, Justin Williams. They made their home in Cordell, where he worked as maintenance on apartments. Ross served his country in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed tinkering with things like lawn mowers, vacuum cleaners, etc. Ross knew everyone in town causing him to be surrounded by many friends. He loved making others laugh and will be remembered by all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife Wanda of the home.
Mother-in-law: Charlene Morrow of Shelbyville, Indiana
Son: Justin Williams and wife, Scarlett of Cordell, Oklahoma.
Grandson: Spencer Williams of Cordell, Oklahoma.
Brothers: Chuck Williams and wife, Janet of Florida.
Samuel H. Williams Jr. of Florida.
Sister: Madonna Gumm Williams of Westfield, Indiana.
He is also survived by his dog, Taz, whom he loved very much.

Ross is preceded in death by his Parents: Samuel and Catherine Williams.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday , August 21, 2021. More details to come.
