OBITUARY
Ronnie James “R.J.†White, 27, of Anadarko, was born July 2, 1985, in Lawton to Ronald Wayne White and Sandra Sadongei. He passed from this life on Thursday, January 24, 2013, in Oklahoma City.
R.J. was raised in Anadarko and Chickasha and attended high school in Anadarko. He went to work with his father and uncle as a construction laborer and later worked in maintenance at the Gold River Casino. R.J. married the former Nina Renee Panther on November 3, 2010.
He enjoyed all O.U. sports and OKC Thunder basketball. R.J. loved playing at the casino and hanging out with his friends and family.
Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Robert Tissychy, niece, Elise Lynn Chavez and his best friend, J.R. Birch.
Survivors include his father, Ronald White of Chickasha; mother, Sandra Sadongei of Anadarko; sister Cassie White and her fiancé, Allen Kaulaity of Chickasha; grandparents, Robert and Gail White of Chickasha, Marilyn Sadongei of Anadarko; great grandparents, Dan Sadongei of Anadarko and Luke and Rosemary and Luke Toyebo; great great grandparent, Wanda Gouladdle all of Anadarko; uncles, Rob White and his wife, Tammy of Elk City, Dennis White and his wife Kristi of Texas, Jeff White and his wife, Serena of Chickasha and Chris White and his wife, Teffany of Texas; an aunt, Laura Tissychy of Lawton; special cousins, Gina Mae and Jeremy Don Harrison of Anadarko; very special friend Jason Pahcheko, special friends, Vickie (whom he called his second Mom) and Kevin“Old Man†Longhat, Niche` Wetselline, Percy Ellis, numerous nieces, nephews, other cousins and friends.
Casket bearers are Willie-Ed Tapedo, Gilbert Tsatoke, Jody Thompson, Li'l Max Bert, Devon Bert and Jessie Harrison. Honorary casket bearers are Ronald White, Gerald “G-Money†Mason, Mark Sadongei, Lance Sadongei, Scott Harrison, Rob White, Dennis White, Jeff White and Chris White.
A prayer service is scheduled for 7 P.M., Sunday, January 27, 2013, at Steverson Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at the First Church of the Nazarene at 10 A.M., Monday, January 28, 2013, with Pastor Curtis Koscheski officiating. Burial will follow in the Memory Lane Cemetery under the direction of the Steverson Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at www.steversonfuneralhome.com .
