Roger Alan Roberts
November 3, 1951 — February 6, 2021
On Saturday, February 6th, 2021, Roger A. Roberts, loving husband and father of three children, passed away at the age of 69.
Roger was born on November 3rd, 1951 in Centralia, IL to Johnie and Florence Roberts. On April 12th, 1969, he married the love of his life, Paulette Roberts. They raised two daughters, Trina and Jessica, and one son, Derek, in Rockford, IL.
Roger retired from GKN Rockford in 2012, after 42 years of working as a CNC operator. His favorite hobbies included riding his motorcycle, antiques hunting, country music, spending time with his beloved min-pin Kiki, and picking on his favorite son-in-law and buddy, Danny Young.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Johnie & Florence Roberts, his in-laws, Ed & Dixie Walker, his granddaughter Maggie Roberts, and one great grandson, Joseph Arnold. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Paulette Roberts, his three children, Trina (Danny) Young, Jessica Stone, Derek (Huong) Roberts, his four brothers, Gary, Melvin, Ernie, Bruce, four sisters, Brenda, Tina, Nancy, Lori, numerous in-laws, seven grandchildren, Nichole, Amanda, Angel, Aaliyah, Brandon, Harley, Makayleigh, four great-grandchildren, Daniel, AJ, Angie, Isabella, and one on the way.
We are forever grateful for the memories and lessons Roger had left behind. Gone, but never forgotten, he will be dearly missed by all.

Roger will have visitation on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 3:00pm-5:00pm at Ray and Martha's Funeral Home in Carnegie, Oklahoma.
