Robert D Pitt

Robert Dean Pitt "Bob", 80, of Carnegie, OK passed away July 15, 2023 at Integris Hospice House peacefully surrounded by family. Bob was born at Carnegie Hospital September 9, 1942 to Robert "Vernon" Pitt and Dorothy Geraldine "Geri" Pitt.

Bob graduated in 1960 from Clairemont High School in San Diego, CA where he went on to fulfill his dream of being an independent business owner which he had stated as his future career in his High School Yearbook. He successfully owned a Coffee Service Business that he ran throughout Texas and Oklahoma until he retired.
At a young age Bob developed a interest in horses and all things western much like his father Vernon. He enjoyed bird hunting with his dog Jake, "best bird dog ever" according to Bob. Which is probably why Jake was his last dog. Food was definitely Bob's love language, but if you invited him out for lunch be prepared to pay or bring your calculator to ensure the check is split appropriately.

He loved family gatherings, he never missed spending time with friends and family (especially when there was food involved!) Bob had a certain charisma about him that made him a great salesman, charmer with the
ladies, and dearly loved by all who met him. His quick wit and genuine love of food and family will be missed dearly.

Great-Grandchildren: Vinson D'Amaro; Reace D'Amaro; Dean Carle;

Bob was preceded in death by his: parents Vernon and Geri Pitt; his sister and brother in law Carolyn and Dwayne Bryant; sister and brother in law Sandy and Dennis Skinner; Son in law Brian Martinet.
