Richard "Red" Quoetone, 70, of Mountain View, Oklahoma passed away peacefully with family by his side on Sunday, April 15th, 2018 at his home. He was born on August 22nd, 1947 to Blossom Quoetone in Lawton, Oklahoma. Arthur Ahhaitty was his father. Red grew up and attended schools in Mountain View graduating in 1966. After high school Red was drafted into the Army and served in the Vietnam War. After the war he made his way back to Mountain View, married the love of his life, Shirley Askew and there raised three boys while working 48 years at Clark Tractors. Red was a member of many groups, He was the Commander for the Southwest Vietnam Veterans, a member of the Kiowa Tia-piah society, CIVA, Kiowa Black Leggings Warrior Society, Comanche War Scouts and the Comanche Little Ponies. Red loved his family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
