Annette "Renee" Shaw

November 29, 1958 — July 22, 2021

Annette "Renee" Shaw, 62, of Mountain View, Oklahoma passed away unexpectedly on July 22nd, 2021 in Edmond, Oklahoma at the Integris Edmond Hospital. Renee was born on November 29th, 1958 to James and Wanda (Setzer) Shaw in Beatrice, Nebraska.

She grew up in Alfalfa and attended school in Alfalfa before graduating from Eakly. Renee was a very bubbly person, she never met a stranger. She would always go out of her way to help anyone who asked (or didn't). Renee loved to spend time with her daughter, Kylie, going shopping and dragging her to garage sales. She also loved going to the community dinners to catch up with everyone.

Renee drove a school bus for the Vo-tech. She really enjoyed her school kids. When she wasn't driving the bus, she was working on the farm for Tracy Willis, driving a semi or tractor. When she wasn't on the farm, she enjoyed to work in the garden or spend time at the lake.

Renee really enjoyed doing crafts. She used to set up booths at different events. In the words of her daughter, "I could not have asked for a better role model. She was the best person I'd ever met." Renee will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and she will always be loved.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Terry Cooper; father, James "Jim" Shaw.

She is survived by her daughter: Kylie Shaw of the home
Mother: Wanda Shaw of Alfalfa, OK
Brothers: Stanley Shaw of Alfalfa, OK; JD Shaw of Weatherford, OK
Sister: Tina Shaw of Alfalfa, OK
