Raymond Ricki Kopepassah

Raymond Ricki Kopepassah, a resident of Mountain View, Oklahoma, passed away June 17th, 2017 in Chickasha, Oklahoma at the age of 94. Raymond was born to Moses Kopepassah and Sophia (Akonto) Kopepassah on March 14,1923. Raymond went to school and graduated from Riverside Indian school. He was a part of the Eagle Scouts, The Kiowa tribe, and The First Caddo Baptist Church. He was the third oldest Kiowa tribal member. Raymond was a carpenter for 54 years and also owned his own business Ray's Construction. He married Wynema on August 27, 1988 in Ruidoso, New Mexico at the Mountain of the God's.
Raymond is survived by:

Sisters: Rowena Collins of Grandbury, TX and Wynema Goldman of Walters, OK.
Nephews: Tommy Kopepasah of Anadarko, OK and Joseph LeBarre of OKC, OK
and many nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends

Raymond was preceded in death: by his parents Moses and Sophia (Akonto) Kopepassah, Wife Wynema Kopepassah and Clara Yeahquo, sisters, Bernice Lebarre, Dolly Oliver, Leona Kopepassah, brothers; Alfred H. Kopepassah, Alelbert Kopepassah, Billy LeBarre, Lance Kopepassah, and several nieces, nephews relatives, and friends.
