Raymond Lewis French, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away May 2nd, 2019, at the age of 79. He was born July 3rd, 1939, in White Earth MN to Isaah and Angeline (Bigbear) French.
Raymond was always a hard worker, spending most of his working life as a tire installer. In his spare time, his passion was doing bead work. He made beautiful and ornate canes, key chains, lighter sleeves among other items. He met Cecelia Hummingbird while in the U.S. Army in the early 1960's, married her, and raised a wonderful family with her until her passing in 1977.
Raymond was always joking around and loved to make people laugh. When not doing his bead work, he enjoyed playing bingo and the slot machines at the Fire Lake Casino in Shawnee. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
