Ralph W. Hines, 80, Hobart, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2015, in Snyder, Oklahoma. He was born on June 12, 1934, in Roosevelt, Oklahoma to Lonnie and Louise (Kuehn) Hines. He started school in Mountain Park, then moved to Roosevelt. He graduated high school in 1952. Ralph attended an graduated from Cameron College in 1954. While attending he met his future bride Treca McCarley in 1955. They moved to Stillwater where Ralph attended Oklahoma A&M and graduated in Vocational Education. Ralph worked for Massey Ferguson in Oklahoma City then transferred to Texas. Ralph farmed the family farm several year then returned to his teaching vocational ag in Hobart. He then became a juvenal officer for DHS until he retired. He started working at Great Plains Youth and Family Services as a counselor retired again after several years. About six months later a friend at Multi Family Youth Service call and he began another counseling position, retiring again in 2013. He loved working with young people, always in hopes of making a difference in their lives. When the grand daughters were young Ralph and Treca enjoyed taking them on vacation. Ralph always said he was taking care of his harem!
Ralph is survived by his wife Treca, of 59 years

three granddaughters Whitney Day and husband Paul, Duncan, OK

Kash and Elizabeth Collins, Tuttle, OK
numerous cousins and friends
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Charlie & Alice Kuehn, parents Lonnie and Louise Hines, a brother Leroy Hines, and one great-grandson Brylan Russ.
