Phillip Ray Smith, 36, passed away on June 24, 2015, in Gotebo, Oklahoma. He was the husband of Sara (Tweedy) Smith, and the loving father of Brycelynne Smith, Meagan Smith, Lexis Moore, and Trucker Smith. He was the devoted uncle of Zavery Nicholes and Zoie Orduna.
Phillip was born August 31,1978, in Ukiah, California, to Richard Barth and Becky and Benny Adams of Mountain View and Mike Nicholes of Gotebo. He graduated Mountain View-Gotebo Public Schools. He was employed at Sandstone Services out of Elk City as a truck driver.
Phillip was a member of Territory Cowboy Church in Hobart, Oklahoma. He enjoyed yard work and grilling food. He was a wonderful chef. He was an amazing dad and uncle. He loved taking the kids fishing and to the lake. He enjoyed just spending time with the kids and family all of the time.

He is survived by his wife Sara Smith,
his children: Brycelynne and Meagan Smith, Fort Cobb, Oklahoma
Lexis Moore and Trucker Smith, Gotebo, Oklahoma
his niece and nephew, Zoie Orduna and Zavery Nicholes, Gotebo, Oklahoma
his parents, Becky and Benny Adams, Mountain View, Oklahoma
Mike Nicholes, Gotebo, Oklahoma
his brothers: Jeremiah Richards and wife Erin, Washington.
Ronald Barth and wife Jonni, Wagner, Oklahoma
and his sister: Tia Villa of South Dakota.

Memorial Service: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2015
Pentecostal Holiness Church, Mountain View, Oklahoma,
under the Direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home Mountain View.
