Peggy Jo Lynn Troy was born on December 31, 1934 in Hobart, Oklahoma to J.D. and Ida Mae (Block) Troy. She passed from this earth on Thursday, May 9, 2019. Peggy was born with Cerebral Palsy (CP) and surpassed all expectations of living a full life of 84 years. Peggy spent most of her life in New Orleans, Louisiana, and moved back to Hobart to be closer to family. She graduated high school from Ursuline Academy in 1955. Peggy loved the Lord and she loved her family.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her caregivers and a host of family and friends.
