Paul Belase

Paul Gayland Belase was born March 6, 1950 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to T.L. and Ruby Brown Belase. Paul died March 6, 2018 in Carnegie, Oklahoma.

Paul attended school in Carnegie, Oklahoma and graduated with the Class of 1968. He then attended and graduated college at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. After graduation Paul taught at Putnam City High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Paul went to work for 3M as a Quality Control Engineer and after that worked for several companies in Ohio, Oklahoma, Indiana, Colorado and Texas. Paul loved to write poetry and garden.

Paul was a member of the Carnegie United Methodist Church, the Weatherford Mennonite Church in Weatherford, Oklahoma and the Masons in Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Survivors: Two sons, Tom & wife Nicole Belase of Carnegie and Michael Belase of Sidney, Ohio.

Sister, Carolyn Pound, Carnegie, Oklahoma
Brother, Earl Belase of Carnegie, Oklahoma
Nephew, Adrian Cole, Edmond, Oklahoma
Numerous relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents, T.L. & Ruby Belase, Nephew, Trent Cole.
