Patsy Pearl

March 30, 1943 — May 27, 2024

Patsy Moyrene Pearl passed away peacefully at her husbands side on May 27, 2024, in Mountain View, Oklahoma. Patsy, also known as Pat, Big Pat, Red, Mom, Memaw, Mamaw, and Grandma was born on March 30, 1943 to Sarah and Clifford Cantwell. Being in a military family, Patsy grew up and attended school all over Oklahoma, Texas, and even Germany. After settling down in Oklahoma, Patsy received her GED from Fort Cobb VoTech in 1984. In December of 1973, Patsy married the love of her life, Kenneth in Vernon, TX. Red and KP, as many knew them, spent 50 joyous years together, and were even able to boast that they never had a single argument in all 50 years. Patsy was a devoted Christian and attended church at the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Mountain View. She sang and even volunteered her time at the clothes closet and food pantry at the church. She and her sister Nancy sang together at church, earning them the nickname "God's Gospel Sisters". Patsy stayed busy throughout much of her life, and there was nothing Patsy couldn't do. Some of Patsy's many hobbies include sewing, quilting, singing at church, gardening, and of course, doting on her many grandkids. Patsy had a special place in her heart for each of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Patsy even made sure to get a ride set up so she could be driven to Florida to hug her granddaughter after she had surgery last November. When she wasn't pursuing her hobbies, talking to her grandchildren, or helping her husband's trucking company, you could find Patsy snuggled up with her dogs. Patsy could see the best in anyone, and she will be remembered for her kindness and perseverance. Patsy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
