Patsy Ann Muldrow

July 14, 1931 — January 17, 2016

Patsy Ann Muldrow, Hobart resident, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016. She was born to M.L. & Corinne Hart on July 14, 1931 in Chickasha, Ok.
Her family moved to Oklahoma City in 1941 where her father worked in the Douglas aircraft factory during WWII. Her family remained in Oklahoma City after the war. She attended Classen High School and graduated in 1949.
Pat attended Oklahoma University before marrying Robert Muldrow IV on March 26, 1951. During Robert Muldrow's Army Commission, they were stationed in West Germany and other various army posts. After leaving the military they moved to Midland, TX. where she raised her 6 children. During these years, she was actively involved in the Green Thumb Garden Club and the Republican Party.
She moved to Hobart in 1978. There she was involved with the Shortgrass Theatre and Hobart Main Street. She was a business women participating in the ownership and renovation of several real estate properties in Hobart.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, sister Peggy Jean Slater, and brother Milburn L. Hart.
She is survived by her sister Jo Ellen Carlson & Robert Gruebel of Nacogdoches, TX, by her 6 children, Robert & Sandy Muldrow of Hobart, Michael & Ann Muldrow of Golden, Co, Brian & Tammy Muldrow of Beaumont, TX, Anthony & Patricia Muldrow of Crosby, TX, Jody Stringer of Owasso, Ok, John Muldrow & Prissy Pothoff of Ft. Worth, TX, and her 21 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Family gathering and visitation will be Tuesday evening 6:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m., at Ray & Martha's Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 721 N. Thomas Street in Altus at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 20, 2016, followed by a burial service at Hobart Rose Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Following the burial service, friends are invited to meet the family at a reception at the Bearcat Alley, 424 S. Washington, Hobart.
