Pamela Kay Garrison

September 28, 1960 — November 14, 2022

Pamela Kay Garrison was born September 28, 1960 in Hobart, OK to Glenn and Esther McCormick Garrison and passed away unexpectedly November 14, 2022 at the age of 62.
Pam was raised in southwest Oklahoma, she attended Mountain Park school in her early years, but then was part of the Hobart Class of 1978. Pam was very easy to become friends with. She always had a warm and welcoming smile and saw the best in everyone. Pam would light up a room with her smile and contagious laugh.
Pam's pride and joy were her two sons, Dustin and Dallan. She was always so proud and would jump on a conversation to brag about them. She was overjoyed when she became a Nana to her grandbabies. She loved them with all her heart. Pam loved attending her grandkids' sporting events and activities. Her phone was filled with videos and pictures of her grandkids. Pam enjoyed taking them hiking, camping trips, cooking out, and teaching them board games.
Pam was blessed with nieces and nephews that she enjoyed spending time with also. They all knew they could always count on Aunt Pam. Family was the center of Pam's life. She was always willing to lend a hand or help her family in any situation.
In 2006, Pam met the love of her life Armando. They have spent the last 16 years living life to their fullest together. They enjoyed vacations, casino trips, cooking together and watching their grandbabies grow up.
When Pam was 50 years old, she decided to go back to college to become a radiology technician. She worked full time while also going to college full time. In May 2009 she earned her Associates degree from Western Oklahoma State College with a degree in radiology. Her boys were so proud of her for this accomplishment. After graduation she began her new career at Elkview General Hospital. In 2011 she went to work for Mercy Hospital in Watonga, OK where she recently celebrated 11 years of service with them. Pam was a very dedicated employee; she loved her coworkers and they became her family.
Pam is survived by her significant other Armando Ynguanzo and granddaughter Charlee of the home.
