He was born October 18, 1992 in Rio Grande City, TX to Oziel ,Sr. and Sandra (Aguirre) Ramirez. Oziel has lived in Gotebo, Oklahoma for the past 8 years. He attended Mountain View -Gotebo Schools. He would have been a Junior in High School this fall.
