Oscar Bull Bear Sr, 83, passed away at home, Edmond, OK on February 2, 2023. He was born in Lawton, OK on April 11, 1939 to Harvey and Carrie (Chaniko) Bull Bear.
Oscar graduated High School. He joined the Air Force. He married Velma Edge. Oscar has 7 children, Carolyn, Linda, Oscar Jr, Franklin, Stanford, Richard, and Michael. He was proud of his Kiowa heritage. Oscar found the love of his life Jeanine Hodges and they were together 29 years and lived in Edmond, OK.
He is preceded in death by his: parents, Harvey and Carrie; sister, Clara Bell Silverhorn; daughter, Marilyn Bull Bear; brothers; Richard Bull Bear, Harvey Bull Bear, JR: Longtime companion, Jeanine Hodges
