Oran Albert Arganbright

Oran "Pops" Arganbright, 76, Gotebo, OK, passed away Wednesday, July 13th, 2011
at St. Anthony Hospital, Oklahoma City, OK. He was born in Geary, OK November 10th, 1934 to Ora and Edna Mae (Eaton) Arganbright. He attended school in Canyon View School, Geary, OK until the 4th grade when the family moved to Lake Valley Community and he finished high school at Lake Valley. February 5, 1954, he married Floyce Eskew in Mountain View, OK and she preceded him in death January 22, 2005.
Oran attended the Sharon Missionary Baptist Church and had served on the Gotebo School Board and the Gotebo CO-OP as well as serving on the Sharon Cemetery Board. He loved roping and rodeos. Oran was a hard working farmer that loved to raise cotton.

Son: Steven Arganbright, Gotebo, OK
Two granddaughters: Renee Little and her husband, Kirk, El Reno, OK and Kelli Bickell, Weatherford, OK
Two great-granddaughters:Karsten Little and Avery Bilyeu
One brother: Leland Arganbright, Cordell, OK
Four sisters: Betty Bradstreet, Elk City, OK
Wanda McDaugale, Cordell, OK
Iva Dell Baskett, Cooperton, OK
Rosa Smith, Agra, OK
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Floyce, one brother, Bill and a sister, Luella Bollinger, and son-in-law, DannySchmidt.
