Oletta Bell Smith

Oletta Bell Smith, 85, passed away peacefully at her daughter Paula's house on August 14, 2023, in Carnegie, Oklahoma. She was born on January 10, 1938, to Naylor and Pauline (Bearden) Norton in Cooke, Texas. Oletta worked as a Nurse in the medical field for many years before settling down at Fort Cobb Lake. She met and married Billie Smith and moved to Carnegie, Oklahoma. She attended the Nazarene Church in Carnegie. Oletta enjoyed making ceramics, painting, and gardening. She especially loved the holidays with her children and grandchildren. Oletta always had a smile on her face and never met a stranger. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
