Oleta Joyce Beed

Oleta Joyce (Topaum) Beed was born on May 24, 1938 to John Cyrus Topaum Sr. and Mattie (Tee) Topaum. Oleta passed from this life on April 22, 2023 at the age of 84. Oleta graduated from Anadarko High School in 1957. Oleta was a stay-at-home mom who held many occupations throughout her life. She loved to attend dances and powwows. Before Oleta lost her sight she enjoyed playing bingo at casinos. Oleta was full-blood Kiowa and a proud member of the tribe.

Sister: Anita Iacobucci of Oklahoma City, OK
Grandchildren: Toya Stewart, Jessica Stewart, Ashley Milack, Jennifer Minto, Samantha Birt, Romeo Birt, Kimberly Topaum, Laura Martin, Marcus Mithlo, Sean Lanier, Charles Milacek, Jacob Lanier, Aaron Lanier, David Topaum Jr., Jordan Topaum, Malcom Topaum, Robert Iacobucci, John Stewart of Cyril, Jason Stewart of Cyril
And numerous great grandchildren
