NOTICE: PLACE OF SERVICE CHANGE FOR NINA RUTH ROSS
Nina Ruth Ross, 52, of Oklahoma City, passed away at her home Saturday morning June 12, 2010. She was born November 23, 1957 to Nathaniel and Evelyn McMurray. She was raised in Hobart by her mother and step father Robert Owens. She was the mother of six and spent most of her life in Oklahoma except for about ten years on the east coast in the state of Virginia. She was a happy, loving and giving person always ready with a smile. She never met a stranger. Survivors include her mother Evelyn McMurray-Elix, her children (4 daughters, 2 sons) Barbara, Jerriah, Early Ray, Leatha, Kimberly, Lance and four grandchildren, brothers, sisters and a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, step-father, and one brother Thomas McMurray-Lott.Services are set for Saturday June 19, 2010 at RAY & MARTHA'S FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL at 1:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest at Hobart Rose Cemetery. Services will be under the direction of Ray and Martha's Funeral Home.
