Nancy left to be with the Lord on March 29, 2019.
Born on July 2, 1935 in Edmond, Oklahoma. She was the first born of three children to Homer and Minnie B. McHone Aglin.
Being born during the Great Depression and growing up during WWII developed her into a strong and independent woman. Because of her father's bad health, she entered the workforce at the age of ten, lying about her age, and working at the local five and dime until nine o'clock each night. She continued to work to help support her family throughout her school years. She grew up in Oklahoma City, graduating from Central High School.
She later worked at bell Telephone in Downtown OKC after graduating high school until her first marriage to Jaye Strader in 1954. She later married Jess Jaques Sr. in 1963 and moved to Anadarko in 1967. There she worked at the Anadarko Bank and Trust, had a home daycare and then worked in the office of the Anadarko Farm Center and Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service (ASCS) Office. She later went on to work for FEMA in Disaster Relief offices throughout the country until retirement.
She leaves behind her family who loved her dearly and was her greatest accomplishment in life. Left to honor Nancy and remember her love is Jess Jaques Sr., her three children, Jaynee Morris and husband John, Jess Jaques Jr. and wife Camille, April Granger and husband Ed, her nine grandchildren who called her MeMaw, Moomee, Grandma and Nana are Andrea Fugate and husband Mike, Sommer Jones and husband Casey, Mario Morris and wife Johnna, John Morris and wife Lindsey, Zachary Barger, Kelsey Granger, Hailey Jaques, Cole Armitage and Audrey Jaques and 12 great-grandchildren.
