Myrtle Elizabeth Gammel

Scottie Gammel, 96, Hobart, Oklahoma passed away on Wednesday October 18, 2017. She was born on November 18, 1920 to James G. and Eva Ann( Francis) Daughtery at Dolbury, Oklahoma. Scottie grew up in California and moved back to Oklahoma at the age of 20.Scottie married Howard Gammel on June 7, 1975 in Long Beach, California and they made their home in Kiowa County where they lived since January of 1981 . She worked many years in air plane parts manufacturing and she owned and operated Scotties Headhunter Wig Shop. She was a member of the Washington Street Baptist Church in Hobart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 brothers and 1 sister

Survivors include
1 Daughter, Shawn Bates, Carson, California
1 Granddaughter, Shawna Reed, Las Vegas, Nevada.
