Monte Rolland Thurman

Monte Rolland Thurman, 50, of Chandler, Oklahoma passed away unexpectedly on June 8, 2021 at the St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on December 23rd, 1970 to Rolland Chris and Norma Jean (Powers) Thurman in Carnegie, Oklahoma. Monte grew up and attended school in Carnegie and graduated from Carnegie High School in 1989. After high school Monte attended the Oklahoma University in Norman, Oklahoma and received his Bachelor's Degree. Monte worked in Architecture. He met Lori Riley and they married on June 23, 1990 in Mountain View, Oklahoma. To this union were born seven children: Tanner, Jase, Makenzi, Braeden, Noah, Kenzlee, and Kylee. Monte loved his family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, especially Lori and his children.
